Description of the Issue

Using two key shortcuts for collapsing and uncollapsing is not ideal in all cases - would be fine to allow toggling the folding state by just one shortcut as well...

Key mapping

Actually: Ctrl+Alt+F and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F (for folding and unfolding)
New: Alt+Q and Alt+Q (just an idea - can be done individually)
