Description of the Issue

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. install 3 plugins at the same time: JSLint, JSTool, and JSon Viewer
2. uninstall JSLint, JSTool

Expected Behavior

JSLint and JSTool are gone

Actual Behavior

They are not unstalled, but remain fully functional
