Description of the Issue

Character Decimal 8203, Hex 200B can be put into a text file when screen scraping from certain webpages. These chars are invisible een when in View->Show All Chars mode.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Create a string in MS Excel including UNICODE(8203)
2. Copy string and paste into NPP.
3. Can also be found when screen scraping from SharePoint O365 pages which have html tables.is first char in a cell.

Expected Behavior

ZWSP should show up in View all chars

Actual Behavior

Invisible, except by watching cursor movement when traversing s string wit arrow key.
