Description of the Issue

Column Editor won't allow to write Initial Number as HEX, it allows only Decimal.
So right now, if you want an incremental list of HEX, you have to calculate it as Decimal and paste it as Initial Number....
Also the result should be chosen between LOWERCASE and UPPERCASE HEX

Describe the solution you'd like.

Could it be possible to allow Initial Number as HEX (/Oct /Bin) ?
And choose result as uppercase or lowercase ?
