Description of the Issue

The new version of Notepad++ 8.8.3 is flagged by the ASR rule mentioned above.

The file was invalidly signed

Issuer:
Notepad++ Root Certificate

Same for the DLL:
C:\Program Files\Notepad++\contextMenu\NppShell.dll

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download installer
2. Install
3. During installation, you will receive the issue with the DLL
4. After install, you can't launch Notepad++.exe as it is being blocked

Current Behavior

Unable to install or update Notepad++ to the latest version.

Expected Behavior

To be able to install and update Notepad++ to the latest version.
