Description of the Issue

Opening UDL file with Function List, the Function List view is not populating with Functions/Classes until it closed and re-opened or switches tabs.

Steps To Reproduce

1. With View->Function List open, open file.
2. Function List will not be populated.
3. Either close and re-open Function List, or switch document tabs

Current Behavior

Currently, only files that are UDL based seem to be affected. I opened an ini file, and it was populated, then opened a dBASE Plus file, and the Function List was not populated with Classes/Functions. I switched to the tab with the .ini file and the .ini file list was populated. Switched back to the dBASE Plus file, and it then populated with Classes/Functions.

Expected Behavior

Upon opening a UDL file, the Function List should populate upon opening said file.
