Description of the Issue

Transparent option does not work as expected when it is checked/unchecked

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Select Language > User-Defined
2. Select Language > User Defined Language > Define your language...
3. Choose Styler from Default style
4. Check both Transparent
5. Uncheck both Transparent

Expected Behavior

When I uncheck the Transparent option I expect to get not trasnparent bg/fg

Actual Behavior

1. Once set, transparency cannot be undone
2. Transparent check box is unchecked after click OK and click Styler again
3. Check/uncheck Transparent do nothing after first check and click OK
