  1. refactor: improve code quality and maintainability 

    - Consolidate auth state into single object in root.tsx
- Extract magic numbers to named constants in lib/constants.ts- Replace hardcoded values with semantic constants across components
- Remove unused TypeScript interfaces (Material, DesignConfig, AppStatus)
- Remove unnecessary React import
- Add JavaScript Mastery development guidelines

Changes follow clean code principles: DRY, semantic naming, and better state management.
