Recently, when checking for video uploads (UULV playlists), YouTube API has been spending up to 2 hours to return its response properly, resulting in delayed notifications.

I'm applying an emergency fix to resolve this, but I can't 100% guarantee that this fix will be an accurate update, especially if other playlists start to lag. Videos are being detected on attributes as part of this.
